Titan Vanguard acquired Montfort Park, a 78,445-square-foot office building at 13747 Montfort Drive in Far North Dallas. Andy Folmer and Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co. brokered the sale.

Peak Capital Partners, a Utah-based real estate company that concentrates on affordable housing, bought the Treymore Eastfield apartments, a 196-unit multifamily community at 2631 John West Road in Dallas, from Carlton Laprada Ltd. Chris Deuillett, Chandler Sims, Jeff Kunitz and Alex Medeiros of CBRE Capital Markets brokered the sale.

Exalt Samples LLC leased 51,500 square feet of warehouse space at 1875 Monetary Lane in Carrollton. Keenan Cook of Mercer Co. negotiated the lease with Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Co.

Eataly leased 48,000 square feet of space at NorthPark Center in Dallas for its first Texas location. CBRE’s Scott Muller, Katie Rambie, Kiley Pipkin, Zach Ballenger, Justin Rasansky, Sydney Muller and Jack Gosnell negotiated the transaction.

IBR Packaging LLC leased 33,030 square feet of industrial space at 1841 Monetary Lane in Carrollton. David Wilganowski of Mercer Co negotiated the lease with Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Co.

Draft Pros LLC. leased 23,608 square feet of industrial space at 717 E. Walnut Street in Garland. David Wilganowski of Mercer Cos negotiated the lease with Stephen Cooper of NAI Robert Lynn Co.

EJES Inc. leased 20,951 square feet of office space at North Central Plaza III at 12801 Central Expressway North in Dallas. Kent Smith of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease with Scot Florsheim of JP-North Central Plaza LLC.

Monarch Office Furniture leased 19,769 square feet of industrial space at 680 S. Royal Lane in Coppell. Corby Hodgkiss of Mercer Co. negotiated the lease with Tyson Erwin of NAI Robert Lynn Co.

Protec Equipment Resources Inc. expanded into 16,749 square feet of industrial space at 1517 W. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Clay Balch and Canon Shoults of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.
